U-Gas is a locally owned and operated convenience store chain operating in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Started in 1977, U-Gas strives to provide the best customer service experience in the convenience store industry in St. Louis.

First and foremost, U-Gas shines because of our wonderful Employees. U-Gas takes pride in its employee relations that help foster the customer friendly environment in our stores.  U-Gas has developed an employee benefit program that is the envy of our competitors, and as a result we have very low turnover and a ratio of 80% full-time employees vs. 20% part-time employees. This translates to employing some of the most knowledgable, tenured employees who respect each customer on a consistent individual basis.

 Another key aspect of U-Gas is Innovation. Since 2004 U-Gas has built and opened stores that are some of the largest and advanced in the area. In 2006 U-Gas embarked on a food service initiative that is unsurpassed in the St. Louis Area. the GiGi's Fresh Express concept provides the best food you will find in any convenience store. It is truly fresh, not processed. It is made daily with the finest ingredients that come from local vendors at our commissary in Arnold, MO and delivered 7 days a week to our stores.
